According to reports, every new 2019 C7 Corvette variant is in for a price increase that ranges from $405 to $2,500. It is reported that the base coupe (base, Z51 and Grand Sport), will see the smallest increase of just $405. The convertible Stingray’s (base, Z51 and Grand Sport), will each get a $905 price increase. The Z06 will increase by $1,405 for the coupe and $1,905 for the convertible. The ZR1 (as reported in the last Thundering Thursday, was Road and Tracks 2019 Performance Car of the Year) gets the largest increase of $2,000 for the Coupe and $2,500 for the convertible.
On top of the base price increase, Chevrolet has also increased the price of the paddle shift 8-speed automatic transmission from $1,725 to $1,995.
The price increase does not apply to current dealer inventory but will be added to new cars invoiced after this past Monday.

Other than a set of classic polished American Torque Thrust wheels and low profile radial tires, you would never guess this was anything other than a meticulously restored, stock solid axle Corvette.  The car was built/restored over a couple of years in Southern California by Vestris Vettes, John Vestri in the correct ’60 vintage Roman Red paint with contrasting White coves.
As soon as you lift up the hood, you’ll find a Corvette LS2 engine backed by a 6-spd manual transmission, power brakes, power steering, heavy duty aluminum radiator and air conditioning! Underneath, the frame is modified with 4-wheel disc brakes, coil over shocks, heavy duty rear end and a full stainless steel exhaust system.
