Toyota Dealer Begs for C8 Customers

It seems like some Toyota dealers may be having a hard time selling their new Supra’s, as one dealer in Louisiana has gone as far as paying for a billboard trying to lure C8 buyers over to the dark side.

“Still waiting on a Corvette? Come get your Supra,” reads the billboard photographed and uploaded by mudbug on the Corvette Forum. When you look at their inventory, you can see why they are so desperate to sell somebody a Supra. They have not one, but two 3.0 Premium models sitting in the lot, and both are offered with an “adjusted value” of $53,483 thanks to $3,500 in rebates, the factory is giving to try and sell these.

Even a Porsche dealer in New Jersey has jumped on the bandwagon, asking $134,900 for a fully loaded 2019 911 Carrera 4S with 131 miles on the odometer, which is still well over double the cost of a nicely optioned C8, and $40k more than a C8 with almost every box checked.
